This is the first collaboration between Slow and Steady Wins the Race and Stand Up Comedy. It's a simple catalog of rainwear staples inspired by Portland's inclement weather: trenchcoats, anoraks, water-repellent shoes, ponchos, coated dresses and t-shirts, and an ultimate cargo backpack carryall. The use of all durable water repellent (DWR) materials, local production, and a celebration of Portland's dedication to nature are additional highlights to this special design collaboration.
Production includes waterproof pumps and oxfords, and ponchos (all named for waterfalls in the Columbia River Gorge): Latourell, Hardy, Double Falls, and Last Unnamed. A limited number of special edition pieces have been produced with hand-crocheted gold vermeil drawstrings by jeweler Arielle De Pinto.
