Kunstverein (Amsterdam, NL) is directed by Krist Gruijthuijsen and Maxine Kopsa. It is a space for presentations of contemporary art practice, including, but not limited to, lectures, performances, and screenings. They have also organized an office in the support of independent publishing, producing both original content and supporting like-minded works in various forms, including, but not limited to, distribution. Their curatorial practice maintains an ethos of critical examination both inward and out, and aims to provide some disruption of the traditional avenues of cultural administration.
